Every update since the start of Echo, we don't include small bug fix updates
Hi everyone, we've not announced much recently as you can probably tell. This is down to me wanting the above announcement to stay as visible as possible, regarding what Echo does; We've rewritten the entire site for scalability and speed, and every action on the dashboard is now instant! We've also upgraded the scan table functionality, allowing you to search faster, with more detail and ordered quickly to your needs. Due to our current detections being incredibly powerful, we've noticed individuals disabling important Windows processes in an attempt to bypass the tool. Now - using a new method - we can detect manual disabling and stopping of a service, and even automatic in some instances (where a cheat makes the change).
Player Alias Search is now back in action, allowing any Echo customer to do a quick alt lookup on any player. Over a long period of time this has built up a huge set of alts linked by HWIDs, and we're proud of it's current effectiveness (we probably know your alt). We've also increased the size limit of our "upload your own executable" to the custom detections (Custom Strings) panel.
For Minecraft, Echo now shows the current server! This is great for verifying that you're screensharing the correct person when using Automatic Scan Links. It also renders their MOTD and server icon, to guarantee authenticity. We're merged our friends over at Actova into Echo, for assisted functionality as well as new community members. We also compensated all Actova users, more information can be found in their Discord.
We're adding a new "FROG" detection set, this new set will cover some basic checks which have been left down to manual checking for quite some time. Including - but not limited to: - Recycle bin modifications - Process restarts - Service disabling / restarting HYENA is still going extremely strong, not a single client has yet patched this awesome detection set.
Happy holidays everyone, we've been brewing up a storm in the cheating community by detecting every main stream client in the past few weeks. We predict our latest detection set will last months and we've already got the next one lined up. We're also going to be rolling out some small but handy quality of life upgrades to our dashboard.
I'm so excited to announce a new major Echo project has been started, and it's about time, we've officially started work on the next best server sided anti-cheat solution for Minecraft. Over the coming months, we'll be posting updates and videos about our anti-cheat. We recommend any competitive server staff to keep an eye on our progress as we'll be revolutionizing cheat detection on servers just as we did with our tool.
Hi everyone, as you all know we do a huge update almost every month, and this month is no exception. We have a ton of new upgrades to show you guys as well as a massive upgrade to our already powerful Hyena detection set. File Logs now shows USB connections and disconnections! This is powerful and shows if people are unplugging their clients before screenshare - We've worked hard at rewriting our File Logs system and journal log retrieval so expect to see more reliable and useful entries. The speed of the scan has also greatly decreased because of this, we now rarely see scans exceeding 60 seconds.
Some massive changes are in the pipeline, top things to look out for: - Linux Edition - New Landing - Alts API Endpoint & Alias Searcher Rewrite - Scan Page Customization These will be released slowly but surely over the coming months, they are large features but as expected detections will remain our #1 priority.
Hi everyone, today is an exciting day for us since it has been 1 year since launching Echo! Hyena Detections, These detections have been in the works for a very long time, it's based on a complex method which we've taken lots of time in improving and advancing. These should last a long time, and persistently detect the top per user build clients. Mac Edition Improvements, lots of optimization and bug fixed for Mac edition this week, we're working on making it on par with the normal Windows edition. We've now also merged the game scanners! The scanner will automatically detect the game being scanned from the file name which is automatically set when downloading from one of our download urls.
We've now released Echo for FiveM! Check out the FiveM landing page at https://fivem.echo.ac/, and the FiveM download link is https://fdl.echo.ac/. Same applies for this as the Rust release: - You won't need to buy Echo again, it's all one huge package - Echo Minecraft will never be left behind, we have our own FiveM detection team. We also have a new subdivision Discord for FiveM, for those interested: https://discord.gg/VwBmVvCt84
Hi everyone, I have a huge update for you guys today and plans for another soon to come. It's been a long time coming for Echo but also for the wider screenshare community, and I am proud to announce that we have released the first ever effective Mac scanner.
Now, here at Echo we do not play around by releasing updates that do not suite our requirements so we have incorporated every base Echo feature into what we like to call a giant port to OS X. Here is just a few of the features we've added:
The detections keep rolling, the cheaters keep crying and the updates keep coming. Again we are at the stage where closet cheating is no-longer an easy option for Minecraft, or even worth the prices to stay undetected. Our recent set of detections are still destroying even the top cheats used in the community, at an alarming and constant rate, unlike we've ever seen in any tools. So the current Minecraft users use the term "screensharing", let me introduce Rust "script checking". It's essentially the same thing, being told to open a screenshare and the staff member checks for cheats on the PC. This is where an opportunity lays for Echo to destroy cheats in a whole new game.
It has been a month and I know you guys are waiting for the next big Echo update, this one will be a smaller one since I've been working hard on Echo Linux and Mac, which will be released soon. This one is all about detections, we're pushing our latest detection set WASP during an event which will start shortly.
We've also pushed a ton of useful features, fixed a ton of bugs making Echo more stable for use. When reporting bugs occurring during scan, you can now include debug information which is shown when you hold down F1 on the GUI.
Tons of people are using String Builder, we added an ability to make it more effective so you can upload your own exes to be detected by your own String Builder. A brand new huge feature on the scan page, mod analysis allows you to check all the mods loaded at once with ease. You can view the mod version, whether it's obfuscated (most cheats are obfuscated), whether it's unlocked / locked (being used by the game since some cheats unlock the mod to replace). Useful information such as the hash, version, modid, authors and even a package tree which you can navigate to look for hidden cheat classes. The days of forge mod cheats are finally over! We've also added a "Verified" tag which appears if the mod file has been confirmed by our scanner to be totally legitimate (this will be improved over time and more mods will be covered).
He's back and better than ever! Our almost famous HIPPO detections are in action once again taking out internal clients like never before. I hope to see it pick up all the internal private clients like it used to, undoubtedly one of the best detections this community has ever seen. I've also added a lot of new replacement / deletion checks that should be much more powerful than previous update.
The Echo file logs now shows the time recent processes exit, it is very effective and useful for screenshares. Any exes you see exited, you should ensure it can be found. Anything that shows an exit time has been open for more than 5 minutes. Depending on how long ago it exited will decide whether you have a full path since these logs degrade over time. I've added 3 new file flags to Echo; executed and deleted, executed and replaced and also executed and detatched (ran from usb and ejected usb). You may have seen these in other tools, they are known for falsing and that's why it has taken us so long to add this. We are certain these checks will not false whatsoever, they are also kernel based (unpatchable by cheats without drivers) unlike other tools which use journal which can be easily cleared.
We've decided to take over Yori, they had great developers but the detections these days are simply on another level (hence why Echo is so far ahead right now). The reason for this is due to certain functionalities within Yori which can massively improve Echo's scanners, it also helped us solve some issues with our kernel driver. Yori was only monthly, so those who had remaining time on licenses with Yori can claim their Echo for the same amount of time. To do this, open a ticket with full proof showing Yori payment including time stamps.
Yup, it's that time of month again! Big changelog as usual...
We've added a "Scan Options" section to the scans page, with tons of options. As requested, we've added a screenshot on the scans page. This can reassure that the person being scanned is indeed the person you have frozen, perfect for servers that are taking the completely automated approach to screensharing. It only screenshots the game, not the entire monitor for obvious privacy reasons. I've added a bunch of new types of logs as well as a new "File Selections" area, this lists recent Open File Dialog selections. Most of the major red flags have already been added as key indications. While I'm here I should mention we've made the aesthetics of the scan page better, please give advice of any improvements we should make. You can now set a Discord webhook to be triggered after a scan, this web hook contains key information and a scan link (perfect for staff channels or your own personal quick access log of scans). We'll also be adding this to Enterprise in the coming days ahead. We've almost halved the scan speed to give a faster result, super long 10 minute scans should be a thing of the past. We've also split the scanner into two sections and improved the progress bar timings. It now shows a new slide called "Heuristic analysis" which is the section of the scanner which is more directed at files on the system such as prefetch, registry, journal, hives, caches and process files. The improvements are mostly general optimizations and a scanner rewrite.
Hope everyone is doing well, as usual I have another big exciting update for you guys! We now have a strong system for helping screensharers find macro users! You'll notice a new section on the scan page which contains a list of all the possible macro software found on the computer aswell as their last modified times. This saves screensharers a lot of time since macros is a very commonly used thing, we have paths for almost all mouse software. If we're missing one, let us know the exact path to capture the modification time from in tickets!
We now have a very clean guide section for people who don't have as much experience in screensharing / using Echo. If you need assistance screensharing the handbook can now always be referred to! We will be building up lots of guides in the future and accepting guides from the community (written in google docs and submitted to our tickets). All guides are credited and thanks to Reassembly for writing our first 4 guides!
We've added a bunch of new Enterprise features, some will be rolled out throughout the next few weeks slowly. This includes Enterprise moderator, settings to allow everyone to see eachothers scans in the Enterprise!
You've probably already noticed all of the new additions to our dashboard such as recommended manual tools for easy fast navigation during the screenshare. As well as our Media Spotlight featuring our favourite Youtubers!
Hey everyone, jam packed update for you guys as usual. On your dashboard you should now see a "Player Alias Search", this is a powerful tool that allows you to find alts using our database. Since we store all the usernames for each scan, we can link them up with HWIDs and powerfully discover every alt a person has ever used.
We've written a huge powerful API for everyone to use, there is such a huge range of usage for this. You can now even eliminate the human from the screensharing process by having an anticheat automatically freeze and generate pins (just an idea). This brings automatic screensharing to the next level, we will also soon release a plugin utilizing this API massively. You can view the docs at: https://dash.echo.ac/docs I'm hoping to see some really creative stuff come out of this!
This highly advanced process with the latest technologies involved makes entry into the lower right cortex and extracts the average most commonly thought about object(s) in the players head. This is the be all and end all for detection of clients. This will also be a base for severe indications in the near future, we've added it as a pink indication as it is highly experimental.
We are so proud to be working with Mr. Musk, I hope you all enjoy the update.
Insane detections are nothing new to Echo, but over the course of the past week we've been rolling out tons of ridiculously strong generics, method of hiding detections and upgrades to our scanners. I've also pushed our latest detection set HIPPO, which targets every internal client (even private ones) with generics aswell as RAPTOR which detected basically every client by name.
We've recently added a cool feature to let Echo users have some extra access in our Discord. We have private channels for Echo users and will likely host giveaways and more, if you own Echo don't miss out by forgetting to link your account.
An awesome new feature has been added to Echo that no other SS tools have ever had before: a good system for ban evasion detection. We are now using hardware ID's to link together scans of the same person.
We have now added 2 factor authentication functionality to Echo, if you have not got it enabled we recommend doing so. Soon we will be requiring all Enterprise leaders to have this enabled to be able to manage their Enterprise.
Please protect your account and protect us by adding 2 factor authentication.
I have implemented a new results algorithm to protect our most valuable detections, there is now a scale on how much our detections are valued in Echo. The most valued detections on the larger clients and some generic methods will be subject to a new algorithm which does not display on scans we identify as "test scans".
What is a "test scan"?
We can't go into detail but a test scan is where you are testing out a client, testing someone else's client and it is not a real screenshare environment.
This is another huge revolutionary update, all of these features were added ontop of a ridiculous amount of new detections that will be rolled out across this week, we really need to stop and give some time for other tools to catch up to Echo, anyways sorry for this changelog being huge...

Thanks a ton to those that helped, it is a huge combined effort. The selector is on every page on our website and should assign your language by your country. We're constantly looking for improvements on these translations, if you see an error let the relevant person from the list above know and we'll update our translation tables. There are some items which we couldn't translate yet, for now just ignore them but they are only minor things like "Next page" and will be fixed in a future update.
Another huge client side update to Echo has happened, fixed a lot of bugs, added the basework ready for some future feature updates aswell as a ton more smaller features.
A lot of detections have been updated and I'll be rolling out some more insane detections more unannounced over the course of the next few weeks.
I have released ECHO FREE EDITION! You can download it at https://free.echo.ac/ (will make this page look more flavorsome over the next few days) , it is not as good as Echo and doesn't have as many features but it's still comparable to competition tools. Lots of insane java generics in there as well as some useful features like buttons to navigate to Recycle Bin which we are experimenting with.
I'm extremely excited to present to you guys another original and extremely useful Echo feature, brand new to version 1.3 will put the o in Echo, Tool Designer. Never been seen before in screen share tools, you'll be able to complete customize the colors, logo and even text on your tool. Pairing this with our String Builder you can now essentially make your own SS tool with no coding skills needed!
Our extremely useful editor allows you to update the options and view your changes LIVE before you update your tool. You can also EXPORT and IMPORT styles to share with your friends. To apply your style you will be given a unique download link, eg. https://dl.echo.ac/5fc6 is mine!
Another nice chunky update for you all to enjoy, a few new features, a ton of bug fixes and some brilliant news.
Resource Packs, Recycle Bin, General Improvements & New Twitter.
The above says it all, we've been working our asses off on Echo and are extremely excited, almost ready to bring it out of beta.
ENTERPRISE AND CUSTOM STRINGS ARE OUT NOW
Our original idea of custom strings is now released, you can build up your string lists and go crazy. There are so many uses for this, not only for detecting clients but you can detected visited websites, discords, anything. Still in beta though so watch out for bugs, if you make your Echo crash you're responsible.
We've been working extremely hard to add as many cool features as we can to Echo. This software update serves as a benchmark for the upcoming huge feature updates we're extremely excited to announce.
You can now pay with Stripe again!
I'm excited to announce that Echo beta is released, you can use pins and the exe should work.
I am still slowly going through detections and adding more and more. Got some confirmed amazing detections on clients like Entropy yesterday! ~ Josh
